Dionne Malush is co-owner of Realty ONE Group Gold Standard, the first Realty ONE Group brokerage in the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania area. Under her leadership it has grown to more than 200 agents and more than $2.5 billion in sales in eight years.
Her own career spans more than 22 years and more than 1,000 homes sold personally. Before real estate, she launched a graphic design agency at 21, creating brands and marketing for businesses across Pittsburgh, and that creative eye still shapes how she presents every home.
Dionne is a Certified StoryBrand Guide and a Napoleon Hill Institute certified coach, hosts the Shine on Success podcast, and has been featured by more than 400 media outlets, including WTAE Pittsburgh and Top Producer Magazine.
